Terms of Service & Acceptable Use Policy

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or using this Service ("we," "us," "the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and the Acceptable Use Policy below. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

We provide network access enabling private, encrypted connections over the internet. The Service is provided for general-purpose privacy and network access; what you use it for is your responsibility (see §5).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase or use the Service.

4. Plans & Billing

• Plans are one-time, fixed-duration purchases (e.g. 1 week, 1 month, 1 year) — they do not auto-renew.
• Prices are as listed at time of purchase, in USD.
• Plans are non-refundable once a subscription link has been issued, since access is delivered immediately and can't be "returned." This is subject to the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded by this or any other clause.
• Each plan permits use on up to a stated number of devices. Device limits are not currently technically enforced.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law applicable to you in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with the laws that apply to you. We make no representation that use of the Service is lawful in any particular location, and we do not monitor or control what you access through it.
• Send spam, phishing content, or malware.
• Attack, scan, or attempt unauthorized access to third-party systems.
• Run automated or bulk traffic at a volume that degrades the Service for other users.
• Resell, share, or sublicense your access beyond the device limit stated in your plan.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service's operation.
• Transmit or access child sexual abuse material, or content related to terrorism, or other content illegal in virtually every jurisdiction.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

6. No Warranty / Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uptime, connection speed, or that any specific third-party site or service will be reachable through the Service at any given time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the plan giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising from your violation of these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of the Acceptable Use Policy, non-payment, or at our discretion, with or without notice.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
