Privacy Policy

1. Overview

This policy describes what data we collect, why, and what we do — and don't — retain when you use the Service.

2. What We Log

• Traffic destinations: our systems record the hostname of each site/service you connect to, associated with your account, as part of how the connection is routed.
• Source IP address: not visible to us at all under our current network architecture.
• Aggregate bandwidth usage: total bytes uploaded/downloaded, tied to your account, used for usage visibility and abuse detection. This is volume only, not content.
• Connection timestamps: logged as part of the above.

3. Account & Billing Data

We collect an email address (optional, at checkout). Payment processing is handled entirely by our payment providers (Stripe, PayPal); we never see or store full card numbers. We retain the transaction/customer reference IDs our payment providers give us, and whatever email you provide at checkout. Your VPN credential and subscription link are generated per account and required to use the Service.

4. Third-Party Sharing

Our payment provider(s) necessarily receive your payment information to process transactions, governed by their own privacy policies. We do not otherwise sell or share your data with third parties.

5. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we learn we've collected such information, we will delete it.

6. Your Rights

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or request its deletion, by contacting us below.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date above.
